Visited a new restaurant for pork cutlet in Seoul. People say that the chef is from Tokyo. Thick meat, right texture and crispy rind. That’s good. Quite succulent. I like it. I could say that it’s one of the best pork cutlet restaurant in Seoul. It was not cheap, but it deserves the price.
