June’s Caesar Salad with crispy romaine lettuce salad from the garden

My favourite salad of the June(named after Julius Caesar) used to be a romaine lettuce-only salad. The lettuce is very crispy, right after picking it up from the garden. For a classic salad, I enjoy it with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Italian-style Jeju black pork pancetta gives some kick to it.
