A friend has made tiramisu at home and brought some to share.
Tiramisu seems widely appreciated in Korea and beloved by many youngsters. But sadly, most of the tiramisu makers use, if not the cheapest, cheap ingredients. As a result, it is difficult to get the real virtue of the ‘tiramisu’. Strong sweetness and artificially fortified creamy flavour dominate.
My friend’s tiramisu entertained me a lot, as it was made of the best possible ingredients as always. Most importantly, with Italian Mascarpone.
