Just finished the fast of five days as intended. I’ve had only water and diluted tea for the last five days.
To break the fast, I chose a vegetable soup, followed by many pieces of advice in which foods after prolonged fast are critical so as not to give any burden or trouble to the long-rested internal organs. Jerusalem artichoke, sweet potato, radish, scallion, and two spoons of rice porridge, I used.
It tasted amazingly sugary as to remind me of sugary sweets.
I’m writing the post after having a single spoon. Still, I have a lot more left.
It’s just too sweet!
