French-cheese-shaped Cheonggukjang

Banon, Valancay, but not cheeses. These French cheese formed kinds of stuff are not cheese but Korean Cheonggukjang.

Purchased from a friend’s friend. She inherited and relaunched the business in a bit younger way. All made by her family and they do even the farming by themselves.

Not yet tried them but a lot expecting some traditional taste of the old days.
