Somyeon was my life-long favourite but what I have had was dried and factory-produced. As being accustomed to the mass product like dried spaghetti, I’ve never thought of having fresh and homemade somyeon. In the long run, I got to have somyeon entirely different from the ones that I have had.

Made the dough with hundred-year-old wooden dough bowl and an Italian pasta machine.
