As the Autumn deepens, Sichuan peppercorns ripen. Today my wife and I walked along the pathways in back hills and picked Sichuan peppercorns.
Such tiny ones in size and quantity are the wilds.
Neverthelss it could serve well and efficiently as a spice for the next year.
Their flavours were beautifully hot and spicy and stayed long in the mouth.
A little work for gigantic pleasures.
