Here’s wild pig meat hunted yesterday. As fresh as it be. My wife asked me ‘how to cook’.
I stared the meat, and I found my palette wanted it to be grilled.
“It must be grilled”, I said.
I prepared wood fire to grill the meat and opened a bottle of my house wine, Burgundy pinot noir.
How delicious it is! It’s a sheer delight to eat natural and pure taste of pig free from chemicals and antibiotics. With some bread and pasta fulfilled the lunch.
