Pour over coffeeLentil soup It’s been a while to have pour-over coffee. I made it. It smelled good but slightly muddy in taste. I always feel hard to get good quality coffee beans. A vegetable dish and lentil soup followed for breakfast.
I sometimes enjoy potato chip, Festligt, from Ikea. It keeps potato flavour, no-msg feel and less salty with reasonable price(3,900 won). Downside: Palm oil, available only at Ikea.
It seems that I’m back to beansprout days. Once, I’d had lots of beansprouts for diet. It worked well, indeed. Nowadays, I have it to take the least possible carbohydrate. Doenjang (fermented soybean paste) soup and rice-substituting beansprouts for lunch today.
