Fresh spaghetti made of hundred percent semolina. It was more flavorous in taste and more pleasant in texture, and far different with dried spaghetti in any aspect. Basil pesto tasted far better with fresh spaghetti than the dried ones.
As the garden tomato plants have all been perished due to insects, there’s no tomato left, and this is the last tomato sauce spaghetti for the year. Pity, but that is the way we live without chemicals.
Six minutes cook in water and three minutes with olive oil in a frying pan. With the way, I could get quasi-perfect al dente spaghetti. Homemade tomato sauce and with basil pesto.
