Chabis, goat cheese

Chabis, goat cheese, ashed rind. One of my favorite cheese. The texture is firm, but silky and melt softly inside the mouth as possible. Creamy milk taste melts me. 재로 외피가 쌓인 샤비(chabis)라는 염소치즈입니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 치즈 중 하나입니다. 단단하지만 비단처럼 부드러운 질감과 입안에서는 그 무엇보다 부드럽게 녹습니다.
