참꽃, 진달래. 이제 진달래가 한창이다. 뒷산에 올랐다. 진달래가 가득 피어있다. 더 진한 색이 있고, 더 연한 색이 있다. 웬지 더 진한 색이 더 맛있을 것 같아 더 진한색을 뜯었다. 한 나무에 조금씩, 조금씩. 술을 담기도 하지만, 쥬스로 만들었다. 오미자 액도 있지만, 비교하기엔 너무나 부족하다. 독특한 향과 함께 은은하고 우아하다. 이런게 우아한 음료를 이제서야 처음 먹어보다니 [...]

Some of my favourite wines from Pomerol. My favourite ones are from Belle-Brise, Vieux Château Certain, Le Pin. More for the road: Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Bordeaux. Château Recougne, Bordelais and could be ten times less expensive, seem to be the same league.
