오븐을 만들고서 처음 만드는 음식이다. 빵도 굽고, 시골닭고 그릴했다. 빵은 온도조절 실패. 닭은 놀라울 정도의 육질과 맛. 그래도 이 기쁨은 쉽사리 표현이 어렵다. 더 나아질 것을 기대하며. First trial of clay and stone oven with bread and chicken.

흙과 돌로 만든 오븐이 완성되었다. 꼬박 세 주가 걸렸다. 강가에서 모래와 돌을 줍고 산에서 흙을 채취하며 내내 온몸이 쑤셨다. 그러나 이렇게 즐거운 다이어트가 어딨냐며 열심히 만들었다. 살이 골고루 잘 빠졌다. ^ ^ 처음 불을 지피자 곳곳에서 연기가 송송 품어져 나온다. 공기가 통하는 천연오븐이라 위안하며 즐거운 마음으로 지켜본다. 앞으로의 음식이 기대된다. I made a clay and [...]

I had a breakfast from the local specialties. Beobeoririce cake and Andong Sikhye(sweet and spicy rice drink) from Andong. Ginger and sticky rice doughnut from Youngju.
