오븐을 만들고서 처음 만드는 음식이다. 빵도 굽고, 시골닭고 그릴했다. 빵은 온도조절 실패. 닭은 놀라울 정도의 육질과 맛. 그래도 이 기쁨은 쉽사리 표현이 어렵다. 더 나아질 것을 기대하며. First trial of clay and stone oven with bread and chicken.

흙과 돌로 만든 오븐이 완성되었다. 꼬박 세 주가 걸렸다. 강가에서 모래와 돌을 줍고 산에서 흙을 채취하며 내내 온몸이 쑤셨다. 그러나 이렇게 즐거운 다이어트가 어딨냐며 열심히 만들었다. 살이 골고루 잘 빠졌다. ^ ^ 처음 불을 지피자 곳곳에서 연기가 송송 품어져 나온다. 공기가 통하는 천연오븐이라 위안하며 즐거운 마음으로 지켜본다. 앞으로의 음식이 기대된다. I made a clay and [...]

Sole with butter sauce and Burgundy wine. It is a great culinary classic. And a whole baked apple with sirup. 버터 소스 가자미 요리와 버건디 와인. 음식의 맛과 조화는 더 이상 설명이 필요없는 하나의 클래식이라 할 수 있다. 그리고 제대로 만든 것은 아니지만, 아주 맛있는 사과 통구이 디저트.

I had a breakfast from the local specialties. Beobeoririce cake and Andong Sikhye(sweet and spicy rice drink) from Andong. Ginger and sticky rice doughnut from Youngju. At a country house restaurant in Andong. Cabbage and potato jeon. They served quite good food for my last visit, but it was poor this time. 안동 시골 식당에서 배추전, 감자전, 메밀묵. 지난번 우연한 방문에서는 음식에 정성이 있었는데, 이번은 많이 아쉬웠다.
