Yesterday, I was quite obliged not to eat anything. After daytime fasting, I had a few Swedish biscuits and a homemade yoghurt around 9 in the evening. A single meal for the day. My blood glucose level downed a bit without any medication.
This morning, reading news articles, I found that it was the beginning day of a month Ramadan fast.
This morning too, I was a bit disturbed to have food or not. My stomach asked any bit of something. Here’s my BREAK-FAST.
