Cod is a sumptuous foodstuff. Price is low, and the usability as food is profoundly exuberant. Furthermore, adaptiveness for any food culture is fantastic and extensive, both in the Orient and in the Occident.
Today I had quite a big-sized cod. Flesh in an occidental way, and inner parts and head in Korean style. It was a male and had immense-sized milt, a piece I adore. Flavourous and milky taste. I like to have it for soup.
