A decade ago, for baguette and croissant, I liked more buying at the bakery, Paris Croissant than at Paris Baguette. That was out of the question and could have been a nonsense to compare them for many connoisseurs in Seoul.
For a while, during my stay in the country, my bread had been homemade.
Time went by and had new chances to taste some of the bread from the bakeries, Paris Croissant and Paris Baguette. Still, the bakery, Paris Croissant prevails in taste?
Now, I prefer, without any doubt, Paris Baguette than Paris Croissant, at least for baguette and croissant.
Baguette, in taste, was quite similar, but for a croissant, Paris Baguette is a clear winner not only in taste but in price as well. The price of a baguette at Paris Baguette is two-thirds than one at Paris Croissant, and a croissant is almost the half.
What a surprise!
Considering the price, Paris Baguette is the far better choice now.
Hello, Paris Baguette, what happened? What’s going on?
