Lotus root
I like lotus roots.
It’s not an easy taste to everyone. But once getting appreciated the taste with unusual texture, it’s hard to avoid it.
I made a sauce only for lotus roots.
연근을 좋아한다. 연근 자체가 맛있다고 하기는 어렵지만, 담백한 맛과 질감이 좋다. 조청을 이용한 특별한 소스를 만들어 보았지만, 원하는 맛은 아니었다.
