Korean anchovy

Home-made anchovy. Anchovy was bought in Spring season. Half with French Guérande salt and half with Korean sea salt. The photos are only with Korean salt. 싱싱한 봄 멸치로 반은 3년 묵은 한국산 소금으로 반은 프랑스산 게랑드 소금으로 젓갈과 앤초비를 만들었다. 사진은 모두 한국 소금으로 만든 멸치 젓갈과 액젓.

Sole with butter sauce and Burgundy wine. It is a great culinary classic. And a whole baked apple with sirup. 버터 소스 가자미 요리와 버건디 와인. 음식의 맛과 조화는 더 이상 설명이 필요없는 하나의 클래식이라 할 수 있다. 그리고 제대로 만든 것은 아니지만, 아주 맛있는 사과 통구이 디저트.

I like lotus roots. It’s not an easy taste to everyone. But once getting appreciated the taste with unusual texture, it’s hard to avoid it. I made a sauce only for lotus roots. 연근을 좋아한다. 연근 자체가 맛있다고 하기는 어렵지만, 담백한 맛과 질감이 좋다. 조청을 이용한 특별한 소스를 만들어 보았지만, 원하는 맛은 아니었다.
