Spice chicken, Seoul
I met a friend in a brand-new franchise chicken house. I heard the name for the first time, since they are the first house in the South of Seoul. Nine out of ten chicken house fry. The new one called, Spice Chicken, grills chickens in oven. I like the way of cooking. But it’s pity that the taste was horrible. The dominent taste was MSG. Many customers liked it, thought. I have to say I’m odd.
새로 강남에 문을 연 ‘스파이스 치킨’이가는 곳에서 친구를 만났다. 국내 브랜드에 처음 강남에 오픈한 것이라고 한다. 튀기지 않고 오븐에 그릴하기 때문에 담백하고 맛이 ‘아주’ 좋다고 설명. 그러나 내 입에는 화학조미료밖에는 느끼기 어렵다. 도저히 먹을 수가 없었다. 애꿋게 맥주만 벌컥벌컥.
